• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker
• Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery
• Full 3 pieces bathroom with hot water
• Large fire pit.
• Screened porch or Large deck and gazebo with a privacy curtains and mosquito net

We are located in an ecologically rich area and rely on grey water and green septic systems. 

We want to make sure that our collective presence on the land doesn't negatively impact the ecology here. 

So we are REALLY appreciate if you will bring your personal bed linen and towels .

(we provide pillows and blankets, please bring your personal bed linen and towels)

Please note!!! we are not supplying any bedding for guests with dog
 

1. No smoking or vaping in the cottage/trailer, porch, deck, or within 15 meters of any building _____

2. No littering of any kind (including cigarette butts, organic waste, etc.) ______

3. No deep fryers, portable stoves, or BBQs in the cottage, on the deck, or porch. _____

4. Do not use burning insect repellents or candles inside the cottage, gazebo, or deck _____

5. Cutler Lake Lodge blankets or pillows shall not be taken outside the cottage. ________

6. White mattress covers are not bed linens; please use a personal bed sheet ______

7. No paper, hygiene products, diapers, garbage, or chemicals shall be disposed of into the toilet, sink, or shower. This will result in capital damage to our septic system and a very high cost of repair. ____

8. No fish cleaning in the cottage; use Fish Hut, place guts in the freezer in plastic bags, and clean up after yourselves ___

9. Do not move any furniture; do not use nails on the walls ________

10. A cleaning fee of $50 will apply if the cottage is left in an unreasonable cleanliness level. _______

11. If the heat or air conditioner is turned on, ALL windows must be closed fully. Failure to comply will result in an automatic $100 charge. _____

12. No destruction of any wildlife is permitted on the property. This includes all plant life and chopping trees or shrubs for firewood. This is a provincial offense and will result in fines, seizure of property, and even imprisonment. _____

13. Garbage and recycling must be properly sealed in bags. This will result in a cleaning fee and falls under federal and provincial environmental laws. _______

14. Parents are fully and solely responsible for the behavior and safety of their children ________

15. There are no supervised swimming areas. _____

16. Absolutely NO glass on the docks and swimming area_______

17. You are responsible for you, your family, and guests__________

18. Excessive noise or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated _______

19. Pets must not be left unattended. See Pet Specific Rules & Policies for more information________

20. Check out is 11 AM Late checkout fee - $50 ____

21. Daily visitors and Nightly visitors require an extra charge _______

22. In case of any accidental damage, please report it to management before your check-out _____

23. Violations of rules may result in immediate eviction without warning or refund______
